General Information

The 61st KLOE General Meeting / II Workshop on KLOE Physics will be held in the Grand Hotel Club Daniela located in Conca Specchiulla near Otranto (Le). The Meeting will start on June 10th morning and will end June 12th at noon, so people are expected to arrive on sunday 9th and to leave in the afternoon of wednesday 12th .

A shuttle service will be provided from/to the hotel to the Brindisi Airport or Lecce train station. Prices will depend on the number of person which will need this service and will be communicated later. People are kindly requested to fill the transportation part of the application form to help us to organize this service. Filling the application form will also produce (under request) a web page with all your reservation information that could be printed and sent by fax to the company for reservation. Please read carefully the instructions for payment.

There will be a social dinner on the night of June 11th.

There will be a couple of PC's for mail browsing, and we hope also to set-up a wireless network to connect portables to the web (we will provide the PCMCIA cards).


Reservations 
  • Deadline is April 30th  .  After this date room reservation will be not garanteed.
  • Reservations should be done sending a fax to the TIVIGEST Company which owns the hotel (using the facility provided by the Registration link) or directly calling the Company at the phone number given below. Late reservations (after deadline) should be addressed directly to the Hotel (address and phone number given below).
  • Rooms will be available from 4.00 PM and should be left by 10.00 AM

Payment
30 % of the amount should be payed at reservation time, or at least it is required to send, together with the fax a (fronte/retro) photocopy of a signed credit card.

It is kindly requested to specify at reservation time if separate bills are needed for different person occupying same room or for different periods.

Early Arrivals
Rooms are available also for earlier arrivals (before June 9th). More details on conditions and prices can be found here

Prices (per day, full board, local wine and mineral water included): 

 
  • 75 €   per person for double room.
  • 90 €   for single room.
  • Supplements: 10 €   for children's bed (0/2 years).
  • Reductions: 6/10 years children 50%, 0/6 years children with 3rd bed free
